A loft-style studio or a studio with a loft in a moderately large city with huge windows and hardwood floors and an updated kitchen (exposed brick optional; exposed beam required), a mid-1980's Peugeot road bike, a 42" HDTV, an XBOX360, a Wii, HP Probook with Windows XP, Motorola Droid, to operate either my own pizzeria, bakery, or produce farm.
